王川寶

北京國聯萬眾半導體科技有限公司研發總監 

王川寶，2012年獲得北京航空航天大學材料學學位，后就職于中國電子科技集團公司第十三研究所，射頻器件領域專家。目前就職北京國聯萬眾半導體科技有限公司，任技術總監。從事氮化鎵、碳化硅等化合物器件工藝開發和器件研發工作。負責5G基站用GaN功率管研發及推廣，期間解決多個影響GaN功率管長期可靠性的本質問題，配合用戶實現GaN產品的研發和量產應用，產品性能指標和可靠性處于業內領先水平。獲得國家級獎勵一項，省部級獎勵一項，授權專利四項。
